Going Home: Peace at the End

Many thanks to Pure Flix for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are100% my own. Going Home is the title of Episode 1 of Charley’s Way. This is a wonderful new Pure Flix show that has just premiered. Going Home was a very emotional episode for me. I just lost my father this past week and he was in hospice until his death. Since it has been less than a week since I went through this, it really made me relive the times I was with him. Charley is a nurse who works at a hospice center called, The Sunset House. The nurses there are the focus of this episode. We get to know them and the new nurse who shows up, all bubbly and with a beautiful smile. She tends to annoy Charley, who is a middle aged woman who knows exactly how she wants her workplace to be run. The person going home in this episode is a former NFL player named Tyler. He and his father have a tender good bye. Charley helps them overcome their feelings of denial so that they can have peace.
