I really enjoy your posts. They are very timely for me as I love to enter Giveaways and I have health issues too. I have ataxia which the heat and stress make worse. I also have spondylitis and already have had one spinal fusion. All that means is I have good days, bad days and very bad days where I don’t get dressed. Today is one of the latter.
