Is has been so cold! Does your family long for great comforting meals around the table? I know my family does. We love soups, stews, and other amazing and hot dinners. I hope you’ll get some inspiration for delicious menus for these cold winter days. Here are a few of my favorites.
Beef Stew – Make this wonderful comfort meal in your crock pot. Just put it on in the morning, and you’ll have a hearty dinner any night of the week.
Tomato Bisque Soup – This recipe from the Food Network offers a delicious warm soup that doesn’t have expensive ingredients. This is perfect for a meat-free choice. It’s wonderful with a crusty loaf of bread. Wildgrain makes the perfect bread for a hot bowl of soup. There are many choices, but they’re all handmade sourdough loaves that will be on the table in only 25 minutes. #HowDoYouWildgrain Wildgrain is a small-batch baker and pasta making company that employs nutritious artisanal breads, pastas, and pastries in a monthly themed subscription box that’s too delicious to resist. Our family loved the fresh bread when we got a shipment from this subscription box service. They sent us handmade fettuccini, which was better than any I’ve tasted. We live that pastries are included each month. We got biscuits with cranberry and orange. Our family devoured the dense and perfectly flavored biscuits. When you add the fresh pastas, pastries, and breads to your family’s table, they will definitely feel the love and will beg for more.
Chicken Spaghetti – This is such a comforting meal for a cold February day! I love to make this for my family. We always eat all the left-overs, because it seems to taste even better the second day. It takes a little bit longer to make, but it’s not complicated. Add a salad and bread for a complete and very filling dinner.
Potato Leek Soup – I love this recipe! Potato soup is one of my favorites. When I don’t have too much time, I love throwing together a pot of potato soup. It’s comforting and we eat it year round, but it’s perfect on a cold evening.

Chicken Enchiladas with White Sauce – Cozy and easy! Use a rotisserie chicken and lots of cheese to make this wonderful meal! You’ll save time with that recipe.
Creamy Tuscan Chicken – Take chicken to a whole new level with this delicious Tuscan Chicken dish. This meal demands a crusty bread. Try Wildgrain for fresh and amazing bread! Save $10 off on your first Wildgrain box, plus free shipping with code AFFILIATE10. Read my review here and take advantage of this great savings.
What are your favorite meals for cold nights? When it’s freezing outside and snow is on the ground, cooking a hearty meal is the secret to warming everyone’s heart as they gather around the table. Don’t forget the salads and bread to complete the best meals for February.
