October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so it’s fitting to dedicate this Giveaway Hop to this important time of year. We all know about Breast Cancer, but we all still need to be reminded to have our annual check-ups and mamograms when appropriate.

Self-exams, physical check-ups, and mammograms can save lives of women. Every year I have my check-up and usually have a mammogram, too. Because of being higher risk, I often have a sonogram. I don’t want to put myself in danger by not getting proper care. I hope that you will also take this seriously and get checked.
