Did you know that if your nails are brittle or if you have hair loss, or even eyebrow or eyelash loss, you might have a Biotin deficiency.  What is Biotin?  Its a Water-soluble B-Vitamin.  Many times it is prescribed for diabetics because it can help with glucose regulation.  It can also help with hair and nails, because it is a building block for cell production.

Many studies have been conducted (according to Oregon State University), showing the benefits of Biotin.  You can get Biotin in your diet, unless you are deficient.  Then you will need a supplement.  Eu Natural Biotin offers a 5000 mg supplement.  Its Gluten, Wheat, and Dairy Free.  Eu Natural Biotin sent me a bottle to try for this review.  I will post a follow-up in a month or so with the results.

Eu Natural Pure Healthy Hair Formula is a natural supplement filled with 37 vitamins, minerals, and herbs.  This group is meant to help support hair growth.  Some of the ingredients include:

  • OptiMSM
  • Biotin
  • vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin B complex, iodine, selenium, copper, horsetail extract, green and black tea extract, gingko extract, and more.

Since my hair is dry and brittle, I hope to post in a few months that these vitamins have made a positive difference in the appearance and texture of my hair.  I’ll let you know!  Check out the Eu Natural vitamins for yourself!!!!
