How To End All-Nighters With Nested Bean

What does help is knowing you’re not alone and it’s completely normal. There are actually very common reasons most babies fight sleeping through the night, and knowing the possible reasons can help you find the proper solutions.
Some common reasons why baby won’t sleep include:
- Circadian Rythm (think of it as their internal clock that’s not yet programmed)
- Overtiredness
- Overstimulation
- Teething
- Too Quiet
- Tummy Trouble
- Uncomfortable
As you can see, many of the above are pretty understandable reasons and all can be remedied. For example, creating a sleep routine and sticking to it can help your baby understand when it’s time to sleep while calming them down from a stimulating day. Other ways you can help remedy the above issues are:
- Following your baby’s cues and helping them get to sleep when they’re ready.
- Consider food sensitivities.
- Try a white noise machine.
- Check for new teeth.
- Keep the nursery conducive to sleep no matter the time of day.
