What would you say to getting super-fresh Sourdough bread delivered to your door? I would say YES! I love bread and I bet you do, too. I’m always excited about reviewing new products, but this time I can truly say that I’m In Love with Wildgrain. When the Wildgrain box arrived at my door I couldn’t have been more thrilled. The huge box was packaged with dry ice and was filled with amazing frozen breads, pastries, and pasta. I’ve had the joy of cooking these breads, following the simple directions on each loaf’s package.

All that is needed to enjoy this bread is to preheat my oven, placing the frozen loaf directly on the oven shelf, and baking for less than 20 minutes. Then, the heavenly bread goes into my mouth! Wow! What gorgeous and delectable breads! And, don’t get me started on the pastries. My box contained 6 Orange-Cranberry biscuits that were to die for!

The pasta is fresh made and quick frozen. All I had to do was boil some water and then drop in the frozen noodles. In 7 minutes, I ate the most delicious pasta I’ve ever eaten. The freshness difference gave it such wholesome flavor and cooked to a perfect al dente.

    Freshly baked bread and it’s aroma are difficult to resist and it is easy to eat too much. For those of us who are overweight shop bought bread that tastes like cardboard or cotton wool has the advantage that there is less temptation to eat too much.
