Vindication: Season 1 from Pure Flix
Disclosure: Sponsored post. All opinions are 100% my own. Not long ago I wrote about Pure Flix and how they offered great programing for the family. It’s been so much fun to watch some of the wholesome television on their streaming service. I’ve just finished streaming Season 1 of the show, Vindication. Vindication is a crime series where Detective Travis solves crimes. He has his trainee Kris by his side. And, the series focuses a great deal on Det. Travis’s family. His wife and daughter live with him. He’s a typical police detective, who works very long hours and is passionate about getting the bad guys. This series is not one to share with young children. The crimes include sex trafficking, rape, and other adult topics. There isn’t any actual nudity, sex scenes, or gore shown. The shows are really interesting and move quickly with all the action and drama. Each episode builds through the season with it’s Christian content. At first there are a few comments about prayer. As the season goes along, there are more and more conversations about God, prayer, and relationships with God. I really enjoyed the Vindication series because I’m a big fan of crime dramas. It was nice to watch one that didn’t have cursing. Each show had a solved crime, but also a person who changed their ways. That’s not common in crime dramas. Show Me The Father Movie Review and Ticket Giveaway

They are the producers who brought us the films: Fireproof, War Room, and Overcomer. These highly rated films are well-known to Christian audiances. This film teaches us about the way God is our father as well as how our earthly fathers think. What a unique thing to think about in this day when fatherhood is a joke to so many. There are many well-know speakers in this film. It will be fun as well as serious. The sobering reality of fatherhood in 2021 should interest us all. This documentary showcases the stories of five lives. The producers began with 17 stories and had to narrow it down. Each of the people come from different circumstances and backgrounds. There are special segments in the movie about how God is our father. These are from Dr. Tony Evans, who is an internationally-known preacher. This movie is produced by brothers who have their own father story, which helped them to be able to see the great need for such a movie project. Many Christians have seen their other films. The five stories in the movie let us see into the lives of these honest and very open people. The movie is very easy to follow and it has a beautiful and powerful soundtrack. I found the film to be very emotional and heart-warming. Because of how we tend to think of our fathers in a way that relates to how we think about God, we should be learning more about the fatherhood of God. This important film is great for all members of the family. I believe that people who see this will be inspired to start having an intimate relationshiop with God or continue in that relationship. Stories in the movie are shared to help fathers bless their children. The goal is for fathers to get right with God and do right by their families. Worship Tour
Post is in partnership with Tomlin/Jobe/Bethel Tour and Momentum Influencers. Music is powerful. It can be used for many things, and the best thing is to worship God. I am a classically-trained musician, but I also love praise and worship songs. Many of these songs can touch our hearts and allow us to pray the words to the Lord. With my numerous chronic health conditions, I always struggle to get through each day. Although I have constant pain and draining fatigue I’ve learned that God is always good to me. And now that I have a lymphoma rash and taking treatment, I am still sure that God is good. My husband has learned this year that he has Stage 4 Cancer, and he is also believing that God is a good father. He has us in His hands. The song Good Good Father is a wonderful song that speaks to that. No matter what time of the day or night; no matter how bad we may feel, we know that God is a Good Father. God is perfect in all His ways to us and the words of this song allow us to worship Him in spirit and truth. I was very excited to hear that the composer of the song Good Good Father would be in concert and that we could join with thousands of other believers worshipping together.
