The Different Ways You Can Accept Payments At Your Business

by

When you are running a business, there are a lot of important decisions to make. One of the most important decisions you will make is how you will accept payments from your customers. There are several different ways to do this, each with its advantages and disadvantages. Here is a look at some of the different ways you can accept payments at your business: Cold Hard Cash Cash is the most traditional way to accept payments, and it is still used by many businesses today. However, there are some disadvantages to using cash, such as the need to count and store large amounts of money, which can be a security risk. Another downside of cash is that it can be challenging to track and manage. This can make it difficult to budget and keep track of spending. Additionally, if you lose cash, it can be difficult to replace. Despite these drawbacks, cash is still a popular payment method for many businesses. However, if you plan on using cash as your primary payment method, be sure to take precautions to protect your money and keep track of your spending. Photo by EVG Kowalievska What About Checks? Checks are another common payment method, offering advantages over cash. For example, with a check, you can get a guarantee of payment (assuming the check doesn’t bounce). This can be helpful if you are concerned about not getting paid. Another advantage of checks is that they provide a paper trail, which can help track spending and budgeting. Additionally, if you lose a check, it can usually be replaced by the bank. There are some disadvantages to using checks as well. For one thing, they can take longer to process than other payment methods. Additionally, there is always the risk that a check will bounce, which can cause problems for your business. Get A Contactless Card Reader If you want to accept credit and debit cards but don’t want to deal with the hassle of a traditional point-of-sale system, then you might want to consider getting a contactless card reader. These devices allow you to accept payments by simply swiping or tapping a card. There are a few different types of contactless card readers available, so be sure to do your research to find one that suits your needs. One advantage of these devices is that they are usually very easy to use. Another advantage is that they can help you save time at the checkout counter. A disadvantage of contactless card readers is that they generally have lower transaction limits than traditional point-of-sale systems. Additionally, you will need to replace your reader if you lose it. Don’t Forget About Bank Transfers Bank transfers are becoming increasingly popular as a way to accept payments. With this method, you can simply give your customer your bank account information, and they can transfer the money directly into your account. One advantage of bank transfers is that they are very fast – the money can usually be transferred within a few days. Additionally, this method can be very convenient for your customers. A disadvantage of bank transfers is that you will need a bank account to accept payments this way. Additionally, if the transfer fails for any reason, it can take long to get the money back. There are several different ways that you can accept payments at your business. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, so be sure to choose the one that is right for you.

My Jesus: From Heartache to Hope Review

by

Many thanks to Thomas Nelson Books for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own and NOT influenced by monetary compensation. If you remember back in April, I wrote a review about the amazing talent of Ms. Anne Wilson and how she brings her own unique style to worshipping God. This very young lady shared her musical gift in the last review with a musical concert featuring her #1 song, My Jesus. After this single became so popular, because it blessed so many listeners, Anne wrote the book My Jesus: From Heartache to Hope, When I saw that I would review this book, I didn’t know what to expect. But from the first page, I was drawn in. This young lady was tuned in to God. Her family was very close and she and her older brother were close. As her family went into shock with the unexpected death of their beloved Jacob, she made us another member of her family. I felt like I was right there with her in her grief. As God walks with her through the darkest of days, he’s also guiding her into her chosen place that He has for her. In one miracle after another, God shows her His will and gently takes here where she needs to be. This book is an easy read, but it’s also a book of deep theological truth. I recommend the book to everyone, though I would give a trigger warning concerning grief. It’s perfect for someone who is grieving, but they need to know before starting the book. Paul’s Promise Opens in Theaters Today

by

.Disclosure: Many thanks to Damascus Road Productions for providing a sample of the product forthis review. Opinions are 100% my own. After viewing the new movie Paul’s Promise, I can eagerly recommend that you all go and see this wonderful movie. This movie is a Christian movie based on a true story from the 1960’s. I was born in the early 60’s and remember the early days of integration in Mississippi. My Christian parents encouraged their children to be friends to all the children, no matter the color of their skin. This movie is about a family’s struggle with generational alcoholism and fathers who weren’t there for their children. Paul has terrible memories of his dad and so he’s angry and refuses to come to Jesus. But, he has a sincere mama who prays for him every day. When she finds out that she has just a few days to live, because of cancer, her only concern is for Paul to be saved. She makes him promise to read her prayers at church on Sunday at the alter. As she’s about to die in her sleep, he realizes it’s too late to go to church, and he invites everyone over. I believe you will all love this movie and especially the end. They even sing my very favorite hymn! #PaulsPromiseMIN #MomentumInfluencerNetwork Go see PAUL’S PROMISE in theaters starting October 21st!• Moms, you won’t want to miss this encouraging filmabout the power of a praying mama! #PaulsPromiseMIN• Paul’s Promise is the inspiring true story of Paul Holderfield, a bigoted firefighter-turned-pastor, who started oneof the first integrated churches in the south.• “Excellent presentation of a life changed by Jesus” – Fred Higgins from Assembly ofGod• Synopsis: Set in the peak of the 1960s Civil Rights movement, “Paul’s Promise” isthe inspiring true story of Paul Holderfield, former racist firefighter-turned-pastorwho started one of the first integrated churches in the American South.
