I’ve always loved women’s magazines! Even as a little girl, flipping through my mother’s Southern Living was a real treat. All my sisters and I would fight over who got to look at the new issue first each month. We all had our favorite sections. I was an adventurous young cook, so I loved staring at the beautiful photos of the recipes.
Although the Martha Stewart magazine wasn’t around when I was growing up, it is now one of the most beautiful magazines. Everything in this magazine seems so perfect. One of my other favorites is Better Homes and Gardens. My mother subscribed to it for awhile, and I also loved the recipes and home tips. It always had wonderful home organization tips and still does.
Southern Living does classic recipes like no one else. Did I say I’m from the Deep South? If someone wanted to be introduced to southern cooking, I would just hand them a Southern Living magazine. The recipes are written with great instructions and they’re easy to follow. These well-tested recipes will turn out beautifully in your own kitchen.

Fall has arrived and comfort food needs to be cooking in your home. Southern Living will help you put delicious meals on your table. Your family will definitely want second helpings with meals like this. And, don’t forget the desserts. Southern Living magazine has the best cakes, pies, and cookies that you’ll find anywhere.

I love the gorgeous home decorating ideas inside Southern Living magazine. The front door scenes make me drool and give me wonderful ideas for each season. I love their combination of mums and pumpkins on this front porch. When I planned a wedding rehearsal dinner for my child, I got great decorating ideas from Southern Living. I love getting DIY help from magazines that I can trust. This one always has great taste!

Better Homes and Gardens Magazine had a great article about Bucket List Ideas For Fall. It had wonderful ideas that most people can go out and do. This list fit most any budget, too. I liked the idea of going to an apple orchard and picking apples. This makes such a terrific family event and my family did it many fall seasons. This list can help your family make fine memories.

Better Homes and Gardens also writes tons of articles that give homeowners tips galore to help them with decorating, budgeting, and special hacks for all types of things. One article shared 10 ways to reduce allergens in the home. So many of us have a family member with allergies, so this one really grabbed my attention. We all want a clean home and clean air, so this article is practical to read.
Purchasing the magazines at the checkout rack is very expensive. Buying them at full retail price would make buying one a real luxury. I don’t like to spend full price on magazines, so I look for great deals. I found a great deal at Magazine.Store
