    My advice is to filter the advice you receive. Take what feels right to you and ignore the rest. Every baby is different.

    My best advice. Take a few minutes away for yourself each day. you need the break. Don’t feel guilty about it. Even if it’s just 10 minutes to yourself to walk around outside, any type of break helps

    Be positive minded, but don’t let your positivity make you forget about feeling healthy so you don’t let that side go dormant. Get your hair done once in awhile or something that makes you feel good. Pass that healthy fun side to your kids. Create a few simple weekly traditions from toddlerhood to teenage hood.
